Um... I'm now utterly confused, but thoroughly intrigued...
It's supposed to be a poem. I came up with the concept while watching the Canadian Music Awards.
And the Canadian Music Awards inspires philosophical thought in you? Generally music awards inspire sleepy thoughts in me...
(laughs slightly) I just felt like writing a poem of somesort, and the idea of a goldfish philosopher came to mind. The joke is that it can't remember what it just philosophized.
Yeah, I got the joke. I was amused. It reminded me of the whale from Hitchhiker's.
The whale? hmm, I guess there is something of the whale in the Philosopher Goldfish. I never thought about this.
