Yes, those are actually her eyes. Her name is Masha Tylena and she's from the Ukraine. She has really big eyes. Here are some pictures.

I think she's really pretty actually. That's pretty weird looking though. But cool.
I agree with you on everything. She is a pretty person, but the eyes make her look like a character in a anime film.
She looks a lot better with her hair down. It takes away from her disproportioned eyes.
